【摘要】 目的总结髓内肿瘤围手术期的护理经验,为临床工作提供指导。方法对28例髓内肿瘤患者术前给予全面评估、健康宣教、心理安慰;术后有效地观察伤口情况,生命体征等。结果28例髓内肿瘤患者手术均取得良好效果。结论尽管髓内肿瘤周围结构重要,术后并发症发生率高,但有效的护理干预控制了并发症,提高了治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of intramedullary tumor,providing guidance for clinical work. Methods 28 patients with intramedullary tumor were given comprehensive assessment,health education,psychological comfort before operation and effectively observed the wound situation,vital signs,etc. after operation. Results 28 patients with intramedullary tumor had achieved good results in surgery. Conclusion Although the surrounding structure of intramedullary tumor is very important,the incidence of postoperative complications is high,but effective nursing intervention can control complications and improve therapeutic effect.更多还原
