【摘要】 目的总结小儿急性肠套叠的病情观察及护理体会。方法回顾性分析42例急性肠套叠患儿的护理经验。结果42例急性肠套叠患儿中,36例行空气或钡剂灌肠复位,其中30例复位成功;12例手术治疗,术后死亡2例。结论做好早期护理观察可为小儿急性肠套叠的早期诊断提供可靠依据,从而提高小儿急性肠套叠的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the keypointsofnursingthe infants with acute intussusception. Method To analyze the clinical data of 42 infants with acute intussusception retrospectively. Results Among 36 cases taking air or bariumenema, 30 cases succeeded in reposition, two died afteroperation.
