【摘要】 目的观察涤纶环深静脉置管在血液透析中应用情况及发生并发症的原因。方法对65例涤纶环深静脉置管患者资料进行回顾性分析,了解置管的适应证、置管方法、留置时间、正确使用导管的方法、各种导致导管使用不当的因素及常见并发症,并采用相应的防治措施。结果本组发生导管感染8例,感染率3.2次/1000导管日;血流不通畅或导管内血栓形成6例28次。结论涤纶环深静脉留置导管是不适合行内瘘术者的最佳替代方法之一,注重健康教育,重视基础护理,合理使用抗生素,定期尿激酶管内溶栓治疗可以有效延长导管使用寿命,提高透析效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application and complications of cuffed deep venous catheter in hemodialysis patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in data of 65 patients who were implanted cuffed deep venous catheter to be aware of indication, method, indwelling time, methods of correctly using catheter, reasons of unmerited using catheter and common complications. Corresponding preventive measures were simultaneously used. Results 8 infections occurred, for a rate of 3.2 episodes per 1 000 catheter days; 28 thrombosis or occlusion occurred in 6 patients, for a rate of 4.58 episodes per 1 000 catheter days. Conclusion Cuffed deep venous catheter is a reliable vascular access especially for patients failing hemodialysis arteriovenous fistulas. Health education, basic nursing, rational use of antibiotics, and regularly thrombolytic therapy can effectively prolong indwelling time of catheter and improve effectiveness of hemodialysis.更多还原
