非满管电磁流量计测量方法
Research of Measurement of Electrocmagnetism Flow in Partially Filled Process Pipe
【摘要】 基于电容式传感器的基本原理,提出了一种新的非满管电磁流量计的流量测量方法。在流量计衬里和测量管之间设置一对圆弧形片电极作为流速和液位信号的测量电极,在两电极上得到反映液位高度变化的电容信号,通过控制系统分析计算得到非满管流体流量值,同时设置简易实验装置来验证方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 According to the basic principle of capacitive sensor,a new approach to measure electrocmagnetism flow in partially filled process pipe was proposed.As a measure electrode for velocticy of flow and the signal of liquide position from two electrode,a couple of circle-shaped electrode sheet must be set up between the liner of flowmeter.Then,it collected capative signals displaying the fluctuations of liquide height from two electrode.Finally the paper analyzed and calculated the data attained by control system and meanwhile,designed a simple device for experiment to prove the feasibility of this approach.
