基于虚拟仪器技术频率特性测试仪的设计
Design of Frequency Characteristic-testing Instrument Based on VI Technology
【摘要】 文中基于"虚拟仪器"的思想提出了虚拟频率特性测试仪的设计方法,该系统主要包括扫频信号产生与控制、数据采集和频率特性分析3个模块。其中DDS信号源部分采用FPGA与MCU相结合的方法进行设计,数据采集部分基于PX I总线的方式进行采集,频率特性分析部分利用软件LabVIEW的强大分析功能进行设计。最后,给出低通RC网络的测试实例,从而证明该设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 Virtual Instrument(VI) is one of the newest development orientation of instrument.It becomes the important field of information technology.This paper presented forward a method to design virtual frequency characteristic testing meter based on "Virtual Instrument" idea.It discusses the design of the frequency characteristic test meter from software and hardware aspects in detail.The system included the three modules such as DDS signal produced and controlled,data acquisition and frequency characteristic analysis.Thereinto DDS was realized by the method of combining FPGA with MCU.Then it introduced the data acquisition based on PXI bus and frequency characteristic analysis by software LabVIEW.Finally this paper provided the example of testing the low pass RC circuit;constantly it proves this design is feasibility.
