基于TDC-GP2的超声波热量表
Ultrasonic Heat Meter Based on TDC-GP2
【摘要】 介绍了基于高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP2的超声波式热量表的具体设计。讨论了热量计量、流量测量、温度测量原理和热量表的设计方法。热量表中热水流量采用超声波时差法原理进行测量,超声波换能器为V型安装方式,有效地解决了管道堵塞问题。利用微控制器的休眠模式和超声波处理电路间隔供电等方法,大幅降低了仪表系统的功耗。
【Abstract】 This paper presented the design of an ultrasonic heat meter system based on the TDC-GP2 which was a time-to-digital converter in a single chip and used for precise time interval measurement.The paper described the heat,flow rate and temperature measurement principles and the meter designs based on that.In this heat meter,flow rate was measured by transit time principle and V-path was used to avoid pipe blocking.To lower the power consumption,stop mode of the microcontroller was used and the ultrasonic processing circuit was powered only when measuring.
