基于机器视觉的玻璃瓶码垛机检测与搬运系统设计
Glass Bottle Palletizing Machine Visual Inspection and Transport System Based on Computer Vision
【摘要】 文中根据制瓶包装生产线工作环境和工况要求,为实现堆瓶码垛的自动检测、抓取并快速搬运,引入了机器视觉技术,分析了系统的可行性设计,设计了一套基于PC+PLC的机器视觉检测控制系统,并详细叙述了照明方式、图像采集模块、图像处理模块的组成及工作原理,最后结合系统应用要求和算法的实时性,通过最大二维熵法完成了图像分割和瓶口特征提取,结合瓶口搜索算法检测是否缺瓶。通过实验测试证明,该视觉系统实时性好,可靠性高,有效地提高传统堆垛系统的工作效率。
【Abstract】 According to bottle packaging line working environment and working condition,and aiming at the realization of bottle palletizing automatic detection,snatching and rapid transportation,machine vision technique is added to the paper,system feasibility is discussed,the system of glass bottle palletizing machine visual inspection and transport based on computer vision was presented.The system used PC and PLC to establish the electrical sub-system.The illumination type,image acquisition module and imaging processing were described.Related to the system application and algorithm real-time capability,the maximum two-dimensional entropy method is used to segment image and extract bottle mouth feature.Finally,Experiment result demonstrates this system superiority such as realtime and reliability,improve the efficiency of traditional stacking system effectively.
