【Abstract】 Circles concerned have paid great attention to the serious juvenile delinquency in China as more and more crimes are committed by children "left at home".Family education and social environment usually shape a child’s outlook on life and sometimes determines what the child does.Therefore,it is of great importance to perfect family education and school curriculum,especially relevant legislation,jurisdiction and law enforcement so as to establish a comprehensive system suitable to prevent crimes committed by children "left at home".更多还原
