【摘要】 目的建立常规、有效的医院药品使用动态监测和超常预警模式。方法对医院信息管理系统(HIS)进行二次开发,充分利用和挖掘现有HIS系统数据资源,并发挥药学人员在临床合理用药调研分析中的专业特长,实现临床合理用药的动态监测。结果监测实践显示在药品使用综合分析基础上,结合药品使用评价,筛选出使用异常品种,采用多种手段干预,促进了临床合理用药。结论该模式较好地实现了对全院药品使用的动态监测和预警,具有实用性,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish regular,effective dynamic monitoring and extraordinary prewarning model for hospital drug utilization.Methods To redevelop the Hospital Information Management System (HIS),fully utilize and exploit the existing HIS data with professional skill of pharmacists in rational durg use analysis,and to realize the dynamic monitoring for hospital drug utilization.Results The practice of monitoring shows that on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of drug use with drug use evaluation,abnormal varieties could be filtered.Intervention using many ways could promote rational drug use in clinical practice.Conclusion This model achieved dynamic monitoring and extraordinary prewarning for hospital drug utilization,and is worth popularizing.更多还原
