【摘要】 目的建立安泰巴布剂中主要药味的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别制剂中当归、独活、羌活等主要药味,并进行方法耐用性考察。结果薄层色谱中当归、独活、羌活、丁香的特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论上述鉴别方法准确可靠,耐用性良好,可有效控制安泰巴布剂质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an experimental method to identify the main herbal medicines in Antai cataplasm.Methods The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was applied to identify Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii,and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis in Antai cataplasm,and the method ruggedness was evaluated.Results In the identification by TLC,feature spots of Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,and Flos Caryophylli were clere;the negative control was free from interference.Conclusion The identification methods are accurate,reliable,and highly repeatable.It can be used to control the quality of Antai cataplasm effectively.更多还原
