【摘要】 目的评价3种药物治疗高血压的疗效及经济学效果。方法将233例高血压患者随机分成3组,A组给予厄贝沙坦,B组给予氯沙坦钾,C组给予非洛地平,观察各组疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果A、B、C组总有效率分别为:93.51%、91.03%、92.30%。成本-效果比分别为:264.27、387.15、172.91,A、B组相当于C组的增量成本-效果比分别为7233.06、-15173.23。结论C组方案较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effects and pharmacoeconomical efficacy of 3 drugs in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 233 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,group A treated with irbesartan,group B treated with losartan potassium,and group C treated with felodipine.The curative effects in each group were observed,and the cost-effectiveness ratios were analyzed.Results The total effective rates of the 3 groups(A,B,and C) were 93.51%,91.03%,92.30%,respectively.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 264.27,387.15,and 172.91,respectively.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of group A and B against group C were 7233.06 and-15173.23,respectively.Conclusion The treatment of group C(Felodipine) is more reasonable.更多还原
