【摘要】 目的对本院5年内发生的药物严重不良反应事件进行评估。方法对于严重不良反应事件进行回顾性分析。结果最易发生严重不良反应的药物是抗菌药物及中药注射剂,最常见的反应类型是过敏性休克,结局一般为治愈或好转。结论药物的严重不良反应事件对临床危害严重,应该引起广泛的注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the serious adverse drug reactions in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past 5 years.Methods The serious adverse drug reactions were retrospectively investigated.Results Antibacterials and injection of Chinese herbal drugs had caused the most serious adverse drug reactions.The most common adverse drug reaction was anaphylactic shock.The prognosis were usually cured or improvement.Conclusion The serious adverse drug reactions can seriously affect the clinic effect.Clinicians should pay more attention.更多还原
