【摘要】 目的调查本院儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,了解抗菌药物在儿科临床应用的合理性。方法随机抽取本院2008年1～12月出院儿科病历500份,统计抗菌药物使用种类、应用方式及使用率,计算DUI值,规定DUI≤1为合理用药。结果抗菌药物使用率为82.2%。共使用抗菌药物13种,抗菌药物使用居前5位是萘夫西林、头孢唑肟钠、头孢替唑、头孢替安、青霉素且均为针剂。结论儿童是一个特殊的群体,抗菌药物在儿科临床应用较普遍,使用率达到82.2%。必须重视抗菌药物对儿童患者的影响,依据药敏试验结果选用抗菌药,提高抗菌药物的合理使用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the usage of antibacterials in pediatric patients of our hospital,and to understand the rational usage of antibacterials in pediatric patients at clinical.Methods A total of 500 pediatric medical discharged cases in our hospital from January to December in 2008 were randomly selected,the types of antibacterials that used,application methods and usage rate were recorded,and the value of DUI was calculated,and DUI≤1 means rational medicine application.Results The usage rate of antibacterials was 82.2%.A total of 13 kinds of antibacterials had been used,the top 5 most frequently used antibacterials were nafcillin needles,ceftizoxime sodium,ceftezole,cefotiam needle,penicillin needle and injection.Conclusion The application rate of antibacterials is 82.2%.Clinicians must pay attention to the impact of antibacterials on pediatric patients,the selection of antibacterials should base on the susceptibility test results,so as to improve the rate of rational usage of antibacterials.更多还原
