【摘要】 目的考察注射用头孢地嗪钠与氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖注射液等输液配伍的稳定性。方法将2种不同规格的注射用头孢地嗪钠与0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液分别配伍,分别测定配伍液在室温条件下放置0、1.5、3、4.5、6h的外观性状、pH值、溶液颜色及澄清度、含量、有关物质和聚合物的变化情况。结果注射用头孢地嗪钠与输液配伍后,在室温下放置6h外观性状稳定,pH值、溶液颜色及澄清度、含量、有关物质和聚合物的变化均不显著。结论注射用头孢地嗪钠与氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖注射液等输液配伍后,在室温条件下放置6h质量稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the stability of cefodizime sodium for injection (CDZ)in glucose and sodium chloride injection.Methods The contents of solutions,polymeric substance and related substances of CDZ in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5.0% glucose injection were separately determined.The appearance,color and clarity were also assessed;the pH and insoluble particles were measured too,when they were placed separately at room temperature for 0,1.5,3,4.5,6 h.Results There were no obvious changes in the appearance,pH,color,clarity,insoluble particles,contents of solutions,polymeric substance and related substances.Conclusion The CDZ in glucose and sodium chloride injection is stable in 6 h at room temperature.更多还原
