【摘要】 文章以1978年-2008年城乡二元系数、城乡收入差距和科教文卫支出/GDP比重为变量,研究中国人力资源开发对城乡统筹的作用。结果显示:二元结构是引起城乡收入差距的Granger原因,而科教文卫支出/GDP比重为代表的人力资源开发可以缩小城乡收入差距。进一步利用VEC模型分析,发现二元系数的降低和科教文卫支出/GDP比重的上升的持续增长将会缩小城乡收入差距,并且随着时间的推移和这种刺激作用的增强,会更加明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 With binary coefficient a research has done on the effect of human resource development of China to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas by referring to the income gap between urban and rural areas,and the proportion of the payment of education,science,culture and hygiene and GDP as variables.The result is like this: dual structure is the Granger reason for the income gap between urban and rural areas,but the development of human resources illustrated by the proportion of the payment of education,science,culture and hygiene and GDP can shorten the gap.The analysis with VEC model indicates that the decrease of binary coefficient and the increase of the proportion of the payment of education,science,culture and hygiene and GDP will shorten the income gap,and with the time goes on the effect will become more distinct.更多还原
