【摘要】 目的评价地奈德乳膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的疗效。方法 114例湿疹、特应性皮炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组58例,对照组56例。治疗组予地奈德乳膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗,对照组单用地奈德乳膏,每日2次,疗程14 d。观察2组皮损面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分、治愈时间、疗效和不良反应。结果治疗7、14 d,治疗组EASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治愈时间(7.8±s 2.6)d,短于对照组(10.4±2.7)d,有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率81%,高于对照组(61%),2组疗效差异非常显著(P<0.01)。未见严重不良反应发生。结论地奈德乳膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗湿疹、特应性皮炎安全有效,且可缩短治愈时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To evaluate the therapeutic effect of desonide cream combined with fusidic acid cream on eczema and atopic dermatitis.METHODS One hundred and fourteen patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group(58 patients) and control group(56 patients).Patients in the treatment group were administered with 0.05% desonide cream combined with 2% fusidic acid cream,and patients in the control group were given 0.05% desonide cream only,twice a day for 14 days.The eczema area and severity index(EASI) scoring,curative effect,healing time and adverse reaction were observed.RESULTS The EASI score of the treatment group decreased significantly than that of the control group after 7 and 14 days(P < 0.01).The healing time was(7.8 ± s 2.6) d and(10.4 ± 2.7) d in the treatment group and control group,respectively.There was significant different between two groups(P < 0.01).The effective rate(81%) of the treatment group was higher than that(61%) of the control group(P < 0.01).No significant adverse reaction was observed.CONCLUSION Desonide cream combined with fusidic acid cream is effective and safe in eczema and atopic dermatitis with shorter healing time.更多还原
