应用FRAX软件进行骨折风险和骨质密度的相关性研究
The correlative analysis of bone density and fracture risk by using the software of FRAX
【摘要】 目的:利用FRAX软件评估骨折风险,探讨40岁以上人群骨密度和骨折风险的相关性,指导临床治疗骨质疏松性疾病,降低和规避骨折风险。方法:在2008年6月以来经我院数字化双能X线骨密度仪检查的病例中,随机抽取125例。男56例,女69例;年龄40~82岁,平均年龄62岁。应用FRAX软件自动计算出患者10年内骨质疏松性骨折的概率,并观察骨折风险和骨密度的相关性。结果:骨密度T值的减低,而使得10年发生骨质疏松性骨折的概率和10年内发生髋部骨折的概率都有所增高,二者间具有相关性。结论:FRAX软件计算出患者10年内骨质疏松性骨折几率和骨密度密切相关。对临床评估骨折风险和骨质疏松干预治疗有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Objective:Utilize FRAX software to assess the fracture risk,probe into crowd’s bone density and relevance of the fracture risk over 40,instruct and treat osteoporosis disease clinically,reduce and evade the fracture risk.Methods:Since it is at 2008 for June can X-ray bone the density,among the case where the appearance check,collect 125 at random.56 men,69 women;40~82 years old,the mean age is 62 years old.Employ FRAX software to calculate patient’s probability of osteoporosis fracture in 10 years automatically,observe the fracture risk and relevance of the bone density.Results:Bone value,T of density,lower,make probability of osteoporosis fracture for less than 10 year and 10 years the probability of hip fracture increase to some extent,inversely proportional to between the two.Conclusion:FRAX software calculates a patient in 10 years osteoporosis fracture probability and bone density are closely related with.To assessing fracture risk and osteoporosis to intervene,treat directive significance clinically.
