【摘要】 目的:探讨超声对比显像诊断胃壁肿瘤的临床价值。方法:受检者饮用超声对比显像剂充盈胃腔后经腹扫查;总结56例胃壁肿瘤患者的诊断结果,并与手术病理对照。结果:胃超声对比显像剂显著改善了探测条件,胃壁层次显示清晰;56例中,进展期胃癌28例,胃间质瘤24例,息肉4例,超声对比显像病变显示率94.6%(53/56),判断病变性质与病理诊断符合率82.1%(46/56)。结论:超声对比显像能够显示胃壁肿瘤病理形态的断面特征,观察胃壁层次结构,判断其良恶性质,并了解邻近器官的浸润情况及有无转移,是胃壁肿瘤辅助诊断与选择治疗方案值得重视的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of contrast ultrasonography in the diagnosis gastric wall tumors.Methods:After drinking the contrast agents,patients were examined by transabdominal ultrasound.The outcomes of 55 gastric wall tumors were summarized,then compared with histological findings.Results:As the contrast agent changed the detection condition obviously,so,the layers of gastric wall were resolved clearly.Among the 37 cases,31 were progressive gastric cancers,18 were interstitialoma,6 were polypi and adenoma.The accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 94.7%(52/55).Conclusion:Contrast ultoasonography could demonstrate the cross-section characters of gastric wall tumors,observe the layers of gastric wall,judge of malignant or benign.Based on ultrasound findings,we could also comprehend whether the tumor infiltrated other organs or not,or the presence of metastasis.It can be useful in auxiliary diagnosis and treatment options of gastric wall tumors.更多还原
