高血压患者血管僵硬度与心功能相互关系初步研究
The evaluation of the relationship between arterial stiffness and heart function in patients with hypertension using quantitative artery stiffness
【摘要】 目的:应用QAS技术评价高血压患者动脉僵硬度,探讨血管僵硬度与心功能之间的相互关系。方法:分别获取高血压患者(77例)与对照组(76例)受检者的心功能指标(E/e、Tei指数和EF)和颈动脉血管僵硬度参数(β、CC和PWV),并进行两组间比较及相关分析。结果:高血压组,收缩压、舒张压及脉压均高于对照组;血管僵硬度参数β和PWV高于对照组,CC低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析提示,心脏舒张功能参数E/e与PWV呈正相关(P<0.05);心功能收缩与舒张功能参数Tei指数与PWV呈正相关(P<0.05~0.001)。收缩功能参数EF与血管僵硬度参数相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压导致动脉僵硬度增高及心功能障碍;动脉僵硬度能反映早期心功能障碍。
【Abstract】 Objective:Quantitative artery stiffness(QAS) technology was applied to analyze the arterial stiffness in the patients with hypertension.The relationship between arterial stiffness and heart function was evaluated by ultrasound.Methods:The parameters of heart function(E/e,Tei index and EF) and arterial stiffness(β,CC and PWV) were measured in the patients with hypertension(n=77) and control group(n=76),The results were compared.Results:The SBP,DBP and PP were all higher in hypertensve group than those in control group,respectively.The arterial stiffness(β and PWV) of hypertension group were significantly higher than those of control group,but CC was lower(P<0.05).The relationship between E/e and PWV was positive correlation(P<0.05).The relationship between Tei and PWV was positive correlation(P<0.01),but there was no significant correlation between EF and parameters of arterial stiffness.Conclusion:Hypertension can lead to the arterial stiffness and the damage of heart function.The arterial stiffness can reflect the damage of heart function in early time.
