【摘要】 目的:探讨前臂骨间膜的超声检查方法及声像图特征。方法:分别对28例检查者共56只前臂的骨间膜在改变体位时进行横切面、长轴切面的超声对比观察。结果:56例完整的骨间膜在改变体位时其横切面和长轴切面上均表现为尺桡骨之间的一连续的线性高回声结构,且其厚度随体位改变无显著性差异。结论:超声检查能清楚显示前臂骨间膜的解剖结构,是诊断前臂骨间膜损伤的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the ultrasound methods and features of forearm interosseous membrane(IOM).Methods:56 forearms from 28 cases were compared with both transverse and longitudinal views when changing positions.Results:The intact IOM of 56 cases all showed a continuous linear and hyperechoic structure between the radius and ulna with both transverse and longitudinal views.The thickness of IOM had no marked difference while changing positions.Conclusion:Ultrasonography can clearly demonstrate the structure of the IOM,and it is a effective method to diagnose IOM injury.更多还原
