【摘要】 目的:研究治疗蝮蛇咬伤的中医药外治断毒消肿、内治解毒排毒规范化方法和方药。方法:通过江西省卫生厅课题:九味消肿拔毒散外治蝮蛇咬伤临床和实验研究,国家中医药管理局课题:隔蒜艾灸治疗蝮蛇咬伤研究,国家中医药行业科研专项:蝮蛇咬伤中医药干预综合治疗方案研究等,进行文献研究、理论研究、实验研究、临床研究。结果:九味消肿拔毒散、隔蒜艾灸外治蝮蛇咬伤疗效优于对照组,717抗蝮蛇毒合剂内服有良好的抗毒疗效。结论:上述断毒消肿、解毒排毒疗法和方药,方法规范,便利推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the treatment of bited by agkistrodon halys(pallas) with Troditional Chinese Medicine through the external treatment of cuting off posion and detumescence and the internal treatment of detoxifying and arranging posion.Methods:Study the documents,theory,experiese and clinical by a series of research result privious.Results:the treatment group with Jiuweixiaodubadusan and separelly garlic moxibustion is superior to the control group in the treatment externally bite by agkistrodon halys and there has a better effect with 717 resisting the agkistrodon halys’posion mixture taking in.Conclusion:The methods of Cuting off Poison and Detumescence,Detoxifying and Arranging Posion is standard and is worth of extending.717 resists the cobra-venom mixture has the antitoxic fine curative effect for oral administration更多还原
