【摘要】 目的:探讨不同性别长病程糖尿病合并抑郁症患者相关代谢指标控制的差异。方法:将经过治疗的95例糖尿病病程>10年合并抑郁症的患者按性别分为两组,其中男性组44例,女性组51例,比较不同性别患者血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)FPG和餐后2hBG]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、24小时尿糖定量、24小时尿蛋白定量、血尿酸、C反应蛋白(CRP)、体质量指数(BMI)水平。结果:病程>10年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者,女性TC和LDL-C明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各项差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长病程糖尿病合并抑郁症患者中,女性患者的血脂紊乱较男性严重,女性患者发生血管并发症的风险更大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the difference of interrelated metabolic indexes between the sexes in the patients with long course diabetes and depression.Methods:All 95 patients with the diabetic course >10 years and depression were grouped by sexes.Of two groups,44 cases were males,the other were females.Blood sugar(FPG and 2hPG),blood-fats(TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C),glucosylated serum-globin,HbA1c,24h uric sugar,24h uric protein,uric acid,CRP and BMI were compared between the two groups.Results:TC and LDL-C were higher in females than in males(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in all the other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:In all patients with long course diabetes and depression,fatty metabolic disorders are more severe in females than in males.The vascular complications are apt to happen in females than in males.更多还原
