【摘要】 目的:探讨β受体阻滞剂治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:96例扩张型心肌病并充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为A、B两组,B组在A组常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗基础上,加用适量β受体阻滞剂,治疗12周,观察血流动力学、运动耐量、临床症状的变化情况。结果:B组各项观察指标均明显改善,患者生活质量明显提高。结论:β受体阻滞剂治疗扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of β-receptor blocking agent in treating dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:96 cases of congestive heart failure caused by DCM were divided into two groups.The group A was treated with traditional method,such as cardiotonic,diuretic and vessel dilators.The β-receptor blocking agent was added in the group B.The hemodynamics,exercise endurance and clinical symptoms were observed after 8-week treatment.Results:All indexes were improved better significantly and the life quality was raised obviously in the group B.Conclusion:The β-receptor blocking agent is safe and effective in treating dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.更多还原
