【摘要】 目的:探讨自体颞肌筋膜移植在慢性化脓性中耳炎行听力重建手术中的应用效果。方法:我科自2006年1月～2008年1月对63例中耳炎进行了开放式乳突根治+鼓室成形术,应用自体颞肌筋膜移植重建鼓膜。结果:随访6～12个月,除2例患者术后复发外,其余病例均获干耳,无面瘫、眩晕发生。鼓膜成形良好,术后听力提高30dB者10耳,20～29dB者30耳,10～19dB者23耳。结论:自体颞肌筋膜移植在听力重建手术中发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application of the autologous temporalis membrane transplantation in the hearing reconstruction to treat chronic otitis media.Methods:The retrospective study was carried out among 63 patients with open tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy and autologous temporalis fascial transplantation in our hospital from 2006 to 2008.Results:During the follow up of 6 months to 1 year,all cases had dry ears without vertigo or facial paralysis besides 2 cases with relapse.Hearing was improved by 30 dBHL in 10 ears,20 to 29 dBHL in 30 ears,10～19 BHL in 23 ears.Conclusion:The autologous temporalis fascial transplantation has the key role in the hearing reconstruction.更多还原
