【摘要】 目的:探讨药物流产(米非司酮及米索前列醇)联合宫腔镜技术治疗宫角妊娠的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析我科2005～2009年收治的8例宫角妊娠患者应用米非司酮、米索前列醇联合宫腔镜技术治疗患者的临床资料。结果:8例宫角妊娠患者均成功保留子宫及生育能力,一次性清宫干净,术中出血少,疗效满意。结论:米非司酮、米索前列醇联合宫腔镜技术是治疗宫角妊娠的一种具有临床价值的保守治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of medication abortion(mifepristone and misoprostol)combined with hysteroscopy in the management of cornual pregnancy. Methods:8 cornual pregnancy patients applied with medication abortion combined with hysteroscopy were studied retrospectively from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital.Results:All cases were successfully treated by one curettement without complication,but keeping fecundity.Conclusion:Application of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with hysteroscopy on cornual pregnancy is an effective conservative treatment.更多还原
