【摘要】 目的:探讨复方丹参注射液的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:通过制造小鼠耳肿胀模型,热板实验观察复方丹参注射液的抗炎和镇痛作用。结果:复方丹参注射液可显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀与模型对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。热板实验中,复方丹参注射液高、中剂量组可明显提高痛阈,延长抬脚反应时间。结论:复方丹参注射液具有明显抗炎与镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of Compound Danshen injection.Methods:The anti-inflammatory action of Compound Danshen injection was observed on the model of auricullar swelling induced by xylene in mouce,the analgesic action was observed by hot-plate method.Results:Compound Danshen injection obviously inhibited the mouse auricular swelling induced by xylene(P<0.05),and especially high and middle dose of Compound Danshen injection could obviously increase the pain threshold induced by heat(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen injection has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic function.更多还原
