【摘要】 目的:总结200例小儿鼾症经鼻内窥镜下行腺样体切除术加扁桃体切除术患儿的护理方法。方法:根据手术及患儿的特点,做好术前、术后患儿的护理,对家长进行疾病健康教育;观察夜间睡眠情况;术后观察鼻腔、口腔出血情况,保持呼吸道通畅,预防窒息,观察伤口疼痛、出血情况;合理指导进食,保持鼻、口腔清洁。结果:通过对200例小儿鼾症进行术前、术后的有效护理,术后未出现并发症。结论:小儿鼾症的手术前进行心理指导,术后进行病情观察和针对疾病的健康宣教,可有利于疾病的康复和提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review the nursing procedures of 200 cases of snoring disease in children undergoing adenoidectomy with endoscope and tonsillectomy in order to summarize an effective nursing method.Methods:According to the feature of different children,we carried out deliberate perioperative nursing.The procedure before surgery included mental nursing to the children,observation to children’s sleep condition and education about the disease to the parents,and the postoperative nursing procedure included observation to the wound,keeping air duct unobstructive and instruction of correct eating.Results:All 200 patients healed without any complications after surgery.Conclusion:The preoperative mental nursing,postoperative observation to patients’conditions and education about the disease are not only benefit to patients’ healing but also helpful to improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
