【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical features of pulmonary heart disease complicaled by cerebral infarction.Methods:39 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The incidence of pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction was 6.2%,within 48 h the diagnostic rate was 48.7%.Conclusion:Pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction has atypical clinical manifestations,and timely diagnosis is difficult.更多还原
