【摘要】 目的:探讨新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)抽检不合格的原因。方法:每月随机抽取当月制备的FFP4袋进行质量检测,对2009年全年的抽检结果进行统计分析。结果:HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体和ALT的合格率100%,细菌培养、总蛋白含量和容量的合格率100%,FⅧ:C检测的合格率79.2%。结论:凝血因子Ⅷ含量低于标准是FFP抽检不合格的原因,是由于不稳定的特性引起,因此加强管理和过程监控,进一步提高FFP的抽检合格率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search for the unqualified causes for fresh frozen plasma(FFP) sampling inspection.Methods:To sample randomly 4 bags of FFP prepared every month for quality test,and then to make a statistical analysis of the test results for the whole year 2009.Results:The qualification rates of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-syphilis and ALT were all 100%,those of bacterial culture,total protein content and FFP capacity were also 100%,and that of FⅧ:C was 79.2%.Conclusion:The content of the blood coagulation factor Ⅷ is below standard,which leads to the failed results of the FFP sampling inspection.This is caused by its instability feature.Therefore we need to strengthen our management and process monitoring to further improve the qualification rate of FFP sampling inspection.更多还原
