【摘要】 目的:观察厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量蛋白的作用;方法:64例符合纳入标准患者,随机分为厄贝沙坦治疗组34例,对照组30例,观察时间24周。结果:两组之间血压变化无统计学意义(P=0.276),尿微量白蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦具有独立于降压作用之外的减少糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of irbesartan on microalbuminuria in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 64 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microalbuminuria were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,Irbesartan group(34 cases) was given oral 150mg/d of irbesartan,while the control group(30 cases) was not given any ACEI or ARB.They were followed for 24 weeks.Results:The base-line character in the two groups were similar.There was no statistical significance in the changs of blood pressure,but microalbuminuria decreased significantly in irbesartan group compared with the control goup.Conclusion:Irbesartan has the effect decreasing the urine microalbumin in diabetic nephropathy,which is independent of lowering blood pressure.更多还原
