【摘要】 目的:探讨P-糖蛋白、bcl-2在急性白血病(AL)患者的表达及其与预后的关系。方法:采用SABC-AP免疫组织化学法检测151例AL患者骨髓细胞P-糖蛋白及bcl-2的表达水平。结果:急性髓细胞白血病(AML)复发/难治组P-糖蛋白表达阳性率明显高于初治组(P<0.05);急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)初治组与复发/难治组bcl-2阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P-糖蛋白和bcl-2在M5型表达率较高。P-糖蛋白阳性组缓解率明显低于P-糖蛋白阴性组(P<0.05);bcl-2阳性组缓解率与bcl-2阴性组缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P-糖蛋白和bcl-2表达均阳性者完全缓解率(7.5%)明显低于P-糖蛋白和bcl-2表达均阴性者(91.5%)(P<0.01)。结论:P-糖蛋白和bcl-2联合检测对急性白血病患者的预后评估有较大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of the expression of p-glycoprotein(p-gp)and bcl-2 protein in acute leukemia(AL).Methods:The expression ratios of p-gp and bcl-2 in bone marrow cells from 151 patients with AL were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC-AP.Results:The expression of p-gp was higher in the patients with refractory/relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia than that of untreated patients with AML.There was no significant difference in the positive percentage of bcl-2 between refractory/relapsed ALL patients and the untreated patients.The higher expression of p-gp and bcl-2 were observed in M5 subtype of AML.The CR rate in the patients with p-gp positive was lower than that in the patients with p-gp-(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CR rate between the patients with bcl-2 positive and those with bcl-2 negative(P>0.05).The CR rate in the patients with p-gp positive and bcl-2 positive(7.5%)was lower than that in patients with p-gp-and bcl-2 negative(91.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The measurement of p-gp combined with bcl-2 may be more valuable to evaluate the prognosis of acute leukemia.更多还原
