【摘要】 目的:评价老年高血压综合干预的效果。方法:对276例老年高血压患者,实行建档、随访、健康教育、饮食指导、运动与行为干预、规范合理用药等综合干预措施,比较观察干预前后血压水平、高血压知晓率、生活方式变化、血脂与血糖以及肥胖的变化。结果:综合干预后高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压比干预前明显降低(P<0.001),高血压知晓率明显增高(P<0.001),合理膳食、经常参与运动、戒烟限酒等良好的生活方式明显增多(P<0.001),血脂异常、肥胖、血糖异常发生率明显降低(P<0.001)。结论:综合干预可以强化患者的健康意识,建立良好的生活方式,最大限度地提高高血压的预防效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of synthetic intervention on elder hypertension.Methods:276 cases of elder hypertension received intervention measures,including health records,follow-up,health education,diet instruction,exercise,behavioral intervention and rational drug use,etc.Blood pressure,awareness of hyperension,changes of lifestyles,blood lipids,blood glucose and obesity were observed before and after intervention.Results:The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased after intervention(P< 0.001).The awareness rate was risen(P<0.001).The rational diet,excise and health lifestyles were significantly increased(P<0.001).The incidence rate of blood lipids,blood glucose abnormality and obesity significantly decreased(P<0.001).Conclusion:Synthetic intervention is effective in prompting control and prevention of hypertension.更多还原
