【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病孕妇的护理需求。方法:对32例妊娠合并糖尿病住院分娩患者及32例正常分娩孕妇进行问卷调查,对比其护理需求。结果:两组患者对疾病特点、饮食、活动、临床症状、预防、治疗与转归等方面护理需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过护理教育的糖尿病孕妇患者对相关知识的需求明显高于其他孕妇。结论:对糖尿病孕妇必须加强宣教,传授相应医学技能,建立从院内到院外的一体化护理服务模式,减少糖尿病发生率,提高母婴安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the countermeasures on nursing requirement of diabetic pregnant women for exploring effective nursing methods.Methods:32 hospitalized pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and 32 normal birth deliveries conducted a questionnaire survey for comparing their nursing needs.Results:The patients in two groups had statistical difference in the reguirements of the disease characteristics,diet and activity,clinical symptoms and the prevention, treatment and prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is imperative for the diabetic pregnant women to strengthen propaganda and teach appropriate medical skills.So we should build inside and outside hospital integrated nursing service model,reduce the incidence of diabetes mellitus to improve maternal and child safety.更多还原
