【摘要】 目的观察呼吸训练和硬起音语训法矫治变声期后假声的临床疗效。方法男性变声期后假声患者6例,采用放松、腹式呼吸和硬起音训练方法进行矫治,以训练前后/a/元音的基频F0、最大发声时MPT和语图作为参数评价矫治效果。结果经系统矫治训练后,患者基频F0降为正常水平,MPT明显提高,语图变得清晰和规则。结论呼吸训练和硬起音矫治方法是治疗变声期后假声的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of voice theraphy for the treatment of mutational falsetto based on a clinical trial.Methods Six cases with mutational falsetto voice were included in this trial to receive a systematic course of voice theraphy,including relaxing exercize in the muscles of neck,shoulder and the upper lims,regular abdominal breathing,and forced exercize in the initial phase of vocalization.Then,such parameters as fundamental frequency(F0),the maximal phonation time(MPT)and sonogram measured during the period of sounding the vowel/a/were measured to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy,as determined before and after the exercize course.Resuts As evaluated by the end of systematic exercize course of voice therapy,all these parameters were determined significantly improved,with F0 declined to the normal level,MPT elevated obviously,and sonogram becoming much clear and regular,when compared with that measured before the therapy.Conclusions The voice theraphy with systematic abdominal breath exercize and forced exercize in the initial phase of vocalization is effective for the treatment of mutational falsetto voice.更多还原
