【摘要】 目的优选附炎栓制备工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以浸膏得率和丹酚酸B的含量为指标确定提取工艺;以半合成棕榈油酯为基质与干浸膏粉配比试验,确定栓剂成型条件。结果提取工艺条件为加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次2h;成型工艺为基质与干浸膏粉的比例为1:1。结论本工艺提取方法简便可行,且浸膏得率和丹酚酸B的含量高。栓剂外形完整光滑,融变时限合格。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the preparation process of Fuyan Suppository.Method The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design with dry extract rate and salvianolic acid B content as the indexes.The forming process was defined by proportioning test of semisynthetic palm oil and dry extract.Results The extraction process was added 10 times of water,decocted 2 times and 2 hours for each.The forming process was that the ratio of matrix and dry extraction was 1:1.Conclusion The process is simple and feasible,with higher extract rate and salvianolic acid B content.The shape of the suppository is complete and smooth,and the melting time limited is qualified.更多还原
