【摘要】 目的研究采用高效液相色谱法测定亚微肝泰片中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为NovapakC18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(72:15:13),流速0.8mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果齐墩果酸在2.3～11.5μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995(n=5),平均回收率为98.368%,RSD=1.83%。结论建立的测定方法具有操作简单、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于亚微肝泰片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Yawei Gantai Tablet.Methods With a Navpak C18 column (5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm) at 30 ℃,methyl alcohol-methyl cyanide-water (72:15:13) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the wavelength was 210 nm.Result Oleanolic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.3～11.5 μg,r =0.999 5.The average recovery was 98.368% and RSD was 1.83%.Conclusion The established method is simple,stable and repeatable,and can be applied for the quality control of Yawei Gantai Tablet.更多还原
