汉族儿童孤独症核心家系血浆谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸水平的对照研究
Control study on plasma levels of glutamic acid and gamma-aminobutyric acid in childhood autism of Han nucleus family
【摘要】 目的探讨血浆谷氨酸(Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平异常与汉族儿童孤独症的关系。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定33个汉族儿童孤独症核心家系和36个正常对照核心家系的血浆Glu和GABA水平,组间比较并进行亲代与子代血浆Glu、GABA水平的相关分析。结果子代及父母血浆Glu水平在汉族儿童孤独症核心家系与正常对照核心家系之间差别无统计学意义(t值分别为0.905、1.186、-0.878;P值分别为0.369、0.241、0.383),血浆GABA水平差异也无统计学意义(t值分别为1.283、0.385、-0.030;P值分别为0.205、0.702、0.976);汉族儿童孤独症核心家系血浆GABA水平具有家族相关性,患儿血浆GABA水平=26.400+0.810×母亲血浆GABA水平(标准化回归系数为0.511,t=4.871,P=0.000),汉族儿童孤独症核心家系血浆Glu水平无家族相关性;正常对照核心家系血浆Glu和GA-BA水平均无家族相关性。结论汉族儿童孤独症不存在血浆Glu及GABA水平的异常,但血浆GABA系统可能参与了孤独症的遗传机制,宜对其作进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the abnormal levels of plasma glutamic acid(Glu) and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and childhood autism of Han.Methods The levels of plasma Glu and GABA in 33 childhood autism of Han nucleus families and 36 healthy control nucleus families were determined by high efficiency liquid chromatography.Inter-group comparison was conducted between two groups and correlation analysis was performed between parents and off-springs.Results There were no statistically significant with levels of plasma Glu in off-springs and parents between two groups(t=0.905,1.186,-0.878 respectively;P=0.369,0.241,0.383 respectively),and there were no statistically significant with levels of plasma GABA(t=1.283,0.385,-0.030 respectively;P=0.205,0.702,0.976 respectively).The levels of plasma GABA in childhood autism of Han nucleus families had significant familial correlation,level of GABA=26.400+0.810×level of mother GABA(standard regression coefficient=0.511,t=4.871,P=0.000).The levels of plasma Glu in childhood autism of Han nucleus families had no familial correlation.There was no familial correlation in levels of plasma Glu and GABA in control nucleus families.Conclusion The levels of plasma Glu and GABA are normal in childhood autism of Han.But plasma GABA system may be involved in the genetic mechanism of autism,which deserves further investigation.
