柴油机连杆疲劳试验的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 结合某型柴油机连杆疲劳强度测试试验与结果分析,主要运用三维有限元数值计算方法和疲劳寿命预测理论,采用Abaqus有限元计算软件和FE-Fatigue疲劳寿命预估软件,对连杆疲劳耐久性试验进行了数值模拟。通过对比连杆疲劳试验与虚拟疲劳寿命预估结果,表明基于材料S-N曲线的疲劳寿命预估方法,在一定程度上能够对疲劳试验中连杆破坏的薄弱部位和疲劳寿命进行模拟与预测。最后,对影响连杆疲劳试验测试结果的一些主要因素做了进一步模拟与分析。

【Abstract】 The numerical simulations of connecting rod fatigue test are carried out,based on the testing results analysis of connecting rod fatigue life in a certain diesel engine by using the calculation method of three-dimensional finite element and some theories on fatigue life prediction.Finite element calculation software Abaqus and fatigue life prediction software FE-Fatigue are adopted to perform this simulation.Numerical results show that the method of fatigue life prediction based on the material S-N curve is able to predict the critical position and fatigue life in connecting rod fatigue test.Finally some important influence factors that affect the results of connecting rod fatigue test are further calculated and considered.
