电控共轨喷射系统高速电磁阀驱动升压电路研究

【摘要】 根据柴油机电控共轨喷射系统的驱动要求,笔者对升压电源的Boost升压方案和全桥升压方案进行了仿真研究和试验研究。首先根据它们的电路原理,建立仿真模型,计算电路参数,分析Boost升压方案和全桥升压方案在相同电路参数设置下的性能差异,然后设计出这两种直流升压方案的实际电路。试验结果表明Boost升压电路和全桥升压电路都能满足高速电磁阀的驱动要求。

【Abstract】 Based on driving requirements of high speed solenoid valve in common rail injection system of diesel engine,the study of boost converter method and full-bridge converter method is taken.First,the key parameters of the two different DC-DC converter circuits are calculated separately,and simulation about them is conducted.With the simulation,this paper analyzes the differences between boost converter circuit and full-bridge converter circuit.Then the two circuits are designed.Tests on the circuit board are carried out.The result indicates that both boost converter method and full-bridge converter method can meet the driving requirements.
