T9000发动机缸体裂纹故障原因及改进方案

【摘要】 应用有限元法对T9000发动机缸体进行强度计算,找到了该缸体裂纹故障的原因,提出了三种结构改进方案,最后选择出一种最优结构。

【Abstract】 Intensity calculation is carried out using finite element method for engine T9000 cylinder,the cause of cracks in the cylinder has been detected.Three schemes of structure improvement are put forward,and the optimum structure is pointed out.
