废砖制备轻质节能保温墙材的试验研究
Study on preparation of light energy-saving insulation wall material by waste brick
【摘要】 以废砖粉为主要原材料,配以少量硅酸盐水泥,掺入适量激发剂和发泡剂制备轻质节能保温墙材。探讨了水泥用量、激发剂掺量和中砂用量对所制材料强度、导热系数和干表观密度等性能的影响。试验结果表明,废砖粉与硅酸盐水泥质量比为80∶20,掺入适量的激发剂和发泡剂,在常温、常压条件下可制得干表观密度在1000 kg/m3左右、导热系数小于0.20 W/(m.K)、28 d抗压强度大于5 MPa的轻质材料,可用于非承重围护结构的墙体保温材料。
【Abstract】 The light energy-saving insulation wall material was prepared from waste brick powder,small amount of Portland cement,appropriate amount of activating agent and foaming agent.The influence of cement,sand and activator dosage on properties(such as compressive strength,dry apparent density,and thermal conductivity etc.) of wall material was discussed.Test result shows that: in normal temperature and pressure conditions,when the percentage of waste brick powder and Portland cement is 80∶20,mixing an appropriate amount of activating agent and foaming agent,the wall insulation material can be made which dry apparent density is about 1000 kg/m3,thermal conductivity is below 0.20 W/(m·K) and 28 d compressive strength is above 5 MPa,and it can be used as non-load-bearing wall insulation envelope.
