利用生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣制备免烧砖的研究
Study on preparation of non-burnt brick by the slag of waste incineration power plant
【摘要】 在对广州李坑生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣的成分和特性分析的基础上,进行了利用该炉渣制备焚烧炉渣免烧砖的初步研究,探讨了不同激发剂(Na2SiO3、Na2SO4、NaOH)对焚烧炉渣免烧砖性能的影响,分析了焚烧炉渣砖的环境安全性。研究结果表明,当焚烧炉渣和Na2SiO3的掺量分别为原料总量的70%和5.5%时,28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别达3.24 MPa和20.56 MPa,其重金属溶出量符合GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅴ类水要求。这为城市生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的高效资源化利用提供了一种技术途径。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the composition and properties of the grate furnace slag from the municipal solid waste incineration power plant of Li Keng in Guangzhou,preliminary study on the preparation of incinerator slag non-burnt bricks was conducted.The effect of different activators(Na2SiO3,Na2SO4,NaOH) on the properties of the incinerator slag non-burnt bricks were investigated and the environmental safety of the incinerator slag non-burnt brick were explored.The experimental results show that when the amount of incinerator slag is up to 70% and Na2SiO3 is 5.5%,the tensile strength and compressive strength after 28 days can reach 3.24 MPa and 20.56 MPa respectively,and the amount of heavy metal leaching meets V type of the"Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water"(GB 3838—2002).This provides a technical approach for the high efficient comprehensive utilization of slag of municipal waste incinerator.
