大掺量粉煤灰和秸杆粉镁质复合墙板的研究

【摘要】 粉煤灰、秸秆粉和短切纤维对菱镁制品力学性能的影响,探讨了粉煤灰在菱镁制品中的作用机理,试验结果表明,可大掺量(达60%)地使用粉煤灰和秸秆粉等工农业废弃物生产菱镁复合墙板,且该复合墙板力学性能优良,抗弯破坏荷载为自重的7.1倍,抗压强度7.2 MPa,含水率1.9%,制品不吸潮返卤,耐水性好。

【Abstract】 The influence of fly ash,crop straws and short fibers on the mechanical properties of magnesite products is studied and the mechanism of fly ash action in the products is discussed.The experiment results show that large amounts of industrial and agricultural discarded materials(60%),such as fly ash and crop straws,can be used in the manufacture of magnesite wall-boards.Such wallboards have good mechanical performances:its bending-resistant failure load is 7.1 times of its own gravity,the compressive strength is 7.2 MPa,and the water content is 1.9%.The products will not absorb the moisture and separate the halide and have good water resistance property.
