基于跨阻放大器的带宽独立于增益的反馈电压放大器
ROA Based Feed-back Voltage Amplifier Exhibiting Bandwidth-Independent Voltage Gain
【摘要】 以跨阻运算放大器(ROA)作开环元件,设计反馈电压放大器,分析其闭环带宽与增益的关系,结果表明:基于ROA的反馈电压放大器的带宽与增益相互独立,带宽可在增益改变下保持常数。环增益对带宽具有决定性作用。讨论了ROA参数对带宽与增益之间关系的影响,用SPICE模拟结果验证了所作分析与讨论。
【Abstract】 The feed-back voltage Amplifier is designed from Trans-Resistance Operational Amplifier (ROA). The analysis shows that the bandwidth of ROA based feed-back voltage amplifier is independent on voltage gain, and the bandwidth remains constant with the variation of voltage gain. The loop-gain is a determinative factor on bandwidth.The effect of ROA parameters on the bandwidth and gain interrelation is discussed.The analyzed results are verified by SPICE simulation results.
