运用参数自整定模糊算法的电炉除尘阻力控制系统设计

【摘要】 设计了一种将专家经验和智能控制相结合,根据电炉除尘系统烟气量的变化模糊推断阻力控制目标值,再根据实际阻力与控制目标值的偏差模糊推理清灰周期和脉冲间隔时间的参数自整定模糊算法。在宝钢股份南通分公司30t电炉除尘系统中实际运行表明,该系统稳定,清灰能耗降低,在正常情况下排放浓度由通常的小于50mg/m3,下降到小于15mg/m3。

【Abstract】 Proposes a fuzzy control algorithm of self-set parameter based on integrate knowledges and experiences of experts on dedust with the theory and method of experts on control,it target value according to flue gas flowrate variation of dedust system,then dimly deduces cleaning period and pulse interval according to the deviation between actual resistance and control target value.The actual running shows in the pulse bagfilter dedust system for 30 ton electric furnace in Nantong Baosteel Iron & Steel co.Ltd that the control system is more stable and cleaning energy consumption decreases when adopting deduster resistance fuzzy control than that when adopting ordinary timing or determined pressure drop cleaning.In normal condition,emission concentration decreases from ordinary less than 50mg/m3,to less than 15mg/m3.
