【摘要】 目的:评价黛立新治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择更年期综合征患者65例,随机分为两组,治疗组即黛立新加心理疗法(40例),心理对照组即仅予以心理疗法(25例);观察Kupperman评分表的症状积分、临床疗效及血清激素的变化。结果:两组临床症状积分较治疗前均有明显改善(P均<0.01),治疗组临床症状积分[(4.28±4.50):(8.33±4.20)]及临床疗效(90%:68%)显著优于对照组(P<0.01,<0.05);治疗组治疗后较心理对照组血清促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显下降[(32.50±5.61)mIU/ml:(54.38±5.26)mIU/ml,P<0.05],卵泡刺激素(FSH)[(66.73±7.15)mIU/ml:(25.53±5.65)mIU/L]、雌二醇(E2)水平[(30.76±9.23)pmol/L:(19.55±8.14)pmol/L]明显上升(P均<0.05)。结论:黛立新是治疗更年期综合征有效药物,心理干预也应重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit in treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:The 65 patients with climacteric syndrome were randomized to receive deanxit plus psychotherapy(40 patients,therapy group) or psychotherapy only (25 patients,psychotherapy control group).The cumulated points of clinical symptoms by Kupperman score,curative effects and changes of serum hormone were measured.Results:The cumulated points of clinical symptoms had obviously improved in two groups compared with pretherapy (P<0.01 all).Accumulated points of clinical symptoms [(4.28±4.50)vs.(8.33±4.20)]and curative effects (90% vs.68%)in therapy group were better than those of psychotherapy control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).After therapy,the level of serum luteotrophic hormone(LH)significantly decreased [(32.50±5.61) mIU/ml vs.(54.38±5.26) mIU/ml,P<0.05]and the level of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)[(66.73±7.15) vs.(25.53±5.65)mIU/L],estradiol(E2)[(30.76±9.23) vs.(19.55±8.14)pmol/L] elevated obviously in therapy group (P<0.05 all),compared with psychotherapy control group.Conclusion:Deanxit is highly effective in treatment of climacteric syndrome,but psychological interference should also be pay attention to.更多还原
