【摘要】 目的:观察生物反馈方法治疗冠心病合并慢性功能性便秘(CIC)患者症状评分和心绞痛临床疗效变化。方法:48例冠心病合并CIC患者接受了生物反馈方法治疗,治疗前后接受"便秘症状及疗效评估问卷"调查,冠心病疗效指标评估,并与49例常规治疗同病患者(对照组)比较。结果:治疗前两组患者便秘症状总分和各分项评分无显著差异(P均>0.05),生物反馈治疗组治疗后的便秘症状总分和各分项评分均明显优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05～0.01)。同时其冠心病总有效率(91.66%)明显优于对照组的71.42%(x2=6.572;P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈方法可明显改善冠心病合并慢性功能性便秘患者的便秘症状和心绞痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of biofeedback method on constipation(CIC) symptomatic scores and treatment outcome of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and chronic idiopathetic constipation.Methods:A total of 48 CHD patients combined with CIC were treated with biofeedback method(CIC group);in addition,evaluation of constipation was performed before and after the treatment;the evaluation of CHD treatment outcome was preformed after treatment.Another 49 CHD patients treated with routine therapy was considered as controls group.Results:Total and item scores of constipation were highly closed between two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);however,after the treatment the total and item scores of constipation were significantly higher than before and control group(P<0.05~<0.01) in CIC group.The total therapeutic effect of CHD(91.66%) in CIC group was significantly higher than that of control group(71.42%),x2=6.572,P<0.01.Conclusion: Biofeedback method can obviously improve symptoms of constipation and angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic idiopathetic constipation.更多还原
