【摘要】 目的:探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)围手术期心电图ST段动态变化的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析比较276例冠心病患者行CABG术前与术后一周内12导联心电图ST段动态变化。结果:与术前比较,ST段抬高的导联数在术后第1d开始明显增加(P<0.01),之后逐渐回落,第6d基本恢复至术前水平,第7d较术前显著减少(P<0.01);ST段下移的导联数在术后第1d即开始明显减少(P<0.01),至第7d时下移的导联数较术前更明显减少(P<0.001)。结论:冠心病患者CABG围术期的这种心电图ST段变化规律,对于疗效评价及愈后的判断有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the dynamic changes of ST segment during perioperation in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out to review the electrocardiographic(ECG)data of 276 cases underwent CABG. The changes of ST segment in a week postoperation were compared than those before operation.Results:The number of leads with ST segment elevation significantly increased from the first day after operation than that before operation(P<0.01),and then it became down gradually,it got back to the level of before operation on the sixth day after operation,and began significantly decreased on seven day after operation.The number of leads with ST segment depression decreased significantly(P<0.01) since first day after operation,and most significantly decreased on seven day after operation(P<0.001).Conclusion:The coronary artery bypass grafting will be benefit to realize the changes of ST segment during perioperation.更多还原
