急性脑梗死患者的血浆内皮素-1变化及其相关因素分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)与急性脑梗死(ACI)及其危险因素的关系。方法:选择72小时内发病的ACI患者120例及正常对照组84例,分别检测血浆ET-1、空腹血糖、血脂7项、血压,并采用欧洲卒中评分(ESS)对发病初ACI患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果:ACI组血浆ET-1为(183.27±56.63)pg/ml,对照组为(156.47±34.24)pg/ml,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);在ACI组内,按是否有高血压、糖尿病、卒中史分组比较ET-1,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);对ESS及血脂7项与ET-1进行偏相关分析,均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ACI患者早期血浆ET-1增高,提示ET-1可能参与了缺血性脑血管病的发病机制,但其与脑血管病常见危险因素的关系尚不明确。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between plasma content of endothelin-1(ET-1) and its risk factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods The levels of plasma ET-1,serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein and blood sugar were measured in 120 patients with ACI (within 72 hours of onset) and 84 normal healthy subjects.The European Stroke Scale (ESS) was used to evaluate neurological deficit for ACI patients.Results ACI patients had significantly higher level of plasma ET-1 compared with normal control subjects [(183.27±56.63)pg/ml versus(156.47±34.24)pg/ml,P<0.05],but there was no correlation between plasma ET-1 concentration and hypertension,diabetes mellitus,serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein or ESS(all P>0.05).Conclusions Increased ET-1 level in plasma in early stage of ACI suggests that it may be involved in the development of cerebral infarction.But the relationship between plasma ET-1 and common ischemic stroke risk factors is still unclear.
