【Abstract】 Starting from three basic definitions of enterprise symbiosis theory,this paper describes the symbiosis unit,environment and dimension,based on which builds and analyzes symbiosis mechanism and basic model of technology innovation management considering transformation and rearrangement of technology resource elements as the main content.At last,this paper lists three specific realization modes of small-medium scientific and technical enterprises technology innovation management and describes their developing trend in the future.更多还原
